An AI support system that already handles almost all of Beamo's customer support on its own, taking in messages over SMS, email, and chat and resolving them with no human intervention.

Beamo Support is an AI customer support system that's already running the show. Today it handles almost all of Beamo's product support entirely on its own, with no human intervention required. It takes in customer messages over SMS, email, and chat, works out what each one needs, and drafts and sends accurate replies grounded in a curated knowledge base, escalating only the rare case that truly needs a person. It pulls live Amazon and Walmart orders for instant lookups and refunds, with safeguards on every refund to prevent abuse, and gives human agents a clean inbox with full order history, evidence, and a timeline for any ticket they do step into.
